Company History
Locally owned and operated since 1999, Hope Financial Services, Inc. is a full-service mortgage broker. We are a family-oriented company owned by Glenn Bednarczyk. Glenn brings 20 years of mortgage industry experience. Glenn and his wife, Mitzi, have two children: Hope, who is our company's namesake, and Ethan.
We charge no application fees at any time and are pleased to work with clients throughout both Kentucky and Indiana. We are committed to providing a level of service that exceeds our customer expectations.
We offer purchases with no money down, debt restructuring, cash out for virtually any reason, and a "stress-free" loan process. We treat our customers as we would like to be treated. We are members of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, as well as the Kentucky Mortgage Brokers Association.
